Terms of Service

Welcome to PayFlow. By inviting PayFlow ("the Bot") to your Discord guild, executing bot commands, or completing any payment session generated by the bot, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms of Service.

1. Acceptable Use

You agree to use PayFlow only for lawful checkout, invoicing, and donation purposes. You are strictly prohibited from using the bot to process transactions involving:

Illegal weapons, drugs, or illegal substances.
Unauthorized copyrighted material or intellectual property violations.
Fraudulent purchases, credit card farming, or money laundering schemes.
Malicious spam payment requests or harassment of Discord members.

Violation of these conditions may result in a blacklist of your guild or Discord user ID from the PayFlow network without warning.

2. Platform Fees and Payments

PayFlow operates as a 0% commission bot. We do not deduct any platform fees from transaction volume. However, you acknowledge that:

Standard processing fees charged by connected gateways (e.g. Stripe card fees, PayPal checkout merchant fees) still apply to your payouts.
Public blockchain gas fees apply to transaction confirmations.

3. Refunds & Disputes

Because PayFlow does not hold funds and operates directly between buyers and merchants, **all refund requests, transaction disputes, or chargebacks must be resolved directly between the buyer and the merchant**.

PayFlow is not responsible for delivering store assets, granting license keys, or completing service fulfillment. The merchant is solely liable for delivering the purchased goods or roles inside their Discord servers.

4. Disclaimer of Warranties

PayFlow is provided "as is" and "as available". We do not guarantee that the bot will run uninterrupted, error-free, or be completely secure at all times. Use of the bot is at your own risk. We are not liable for any lost merchant sales, transaction failures, or system downtime.

5. Modification of Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be updated on this page. Continued use of PayFlow after terms are updated constitutes acceptance of the new conditions.
